Microsoft hat für den Microsoft Office Excel Viewer ein Sicherheitsupdate veröffentlicht.

Beim Microsoft Office Excel Viewer wurde eine Sicherheitslücke entdeckt, durch die beim Öffnen schädlicher Dateien beliebiger Code ausgeführt werden könnte. Mit diesem Update wird diese Sicherheitslücke beseitigt. Das Update trägt die Nummer KB982333.
